Kigali Photo Fest
The organisers of the Kigali Photo Festival believe that African artists play a crucial role in educating African audiences and this festival will see a series of workshops, events and exhibitions dedicated to the work of Rwandan photographers across a range of genres. It has been exciting and challenging to work on this site with some team members based in London, others on the ground in Kigali, and myself currently 11 and 12 hours ahead of them both in New Zealand! Working on a project showcasing photographers like Sarah Waiswa, Tom Saater, and Gael Ruboneka Vande Weghe is truly inspiring.
