01 · Introductions
During a 30-minute video call I get to know a bit about you, your business + goals for your site. I’ll answer questions about timelines, content, design + technical details. Having a deep understanding of your needs and wants before the build goes a long way in ensuring you get the end product you're looking for.

02 · Preparation
I'll put together an outline of the site structure and will guide you as to which elements I’ll need from you to build the site. You’ll send through all your content, including logo and other branding elements, images for the site, web copy (the words), and any technical info. If we do this right, it's smooth sailing from here!

03 · Build
Once I've developed a sense of what you're looking for, it’s time to get to work. Organising the information is a critical first step. Styling is about creating the look and feel of the site, which is followed by adding the finalised content to each page. Finally we add backend finishing touches, such as connecting social accounts.

04 · Handover
After a final revision, I run you through the back-end of Squarespace via a set of custom video tutorials, providing you with tips on how to add and edit content, access your billing and metrics, and where to find the Squarespace support team. I transfer ownership of the site to you, and your site goes live 🎉

This includes your logo, colour palette, brand guide, moodboard and any other design elements you’ve received from your designer. If you’d like to add branding to your package, I partner with a graphic designer who provides these services, and I manage the process along with you. More details below.

These are all the words on your website from all the pages like your home and about pages, to your contact details, any blog posts, headings and quotes. If you’ve written this yourself I am happy to do a quick run through for flow, grammar and spelling. If you would prefer to work with a professional copywriter I can recommend some trusted options to you. Make sure to leave enough time to complete your copy before we get going on the site build.

These are all the photos and graphic elements that will appear on your website, from banners, to profile pictures, and any other visual elements like graphs and charts. If you’ve had your own brand photos done these are what you’ll send. If you prefer to use stock photography, I can recommend some guidelines.
